I think Technology can truly ruin a Relationship. It might not be Technology but the respect level declining and the portrayal of this disrespect shown by technology. When i say Technology It includes the things we all use: Aim (away messages), Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, and even Blogs. When a man has been in  a relationship over a long period of time, for some strange reason when they are on these networking sites, they forget about there mate and the girls act like they dont know these men have mates. Maybe They dont know. But the cyber flirting on Both ends can bring something good to am END!!!

Happily Ever After K

Is there really such a thing has Happily Ever After, or is that shit just for the movies? I dont know what the case maybe, either way it has me scared. Im use to reading fairy tales and they all end by saying: "And They Lived Happily EVER AFTER!!" So growing up with parents that have been living happily ever after thats all that I expect from myself. 

BUT!!!!!!

 The things is when you look in the media and real life situations, it is rare that couples stay married and live that fairy tale ending that we all dream about. Divorce rates are at a all time HIGH. Couple Nas and MS. Bossy Kelis was one of the hottest couples out, I mean she was the one tattoo'd on his arm. They were a couple all for giving back, shared the same passions with music, and was expecting their first child together. Out of nowhere its talk that Kelis has filed 4 Divorce (7 month pregnant!!!). Is it that people don't stick it out anymore, or dont know the ethics of marriage. This is why so many feel there is no need to get married when most of the time it ends in divorce (statistics will back me) 

I dont know bout yall but I keep questioning myself if there really such a thing as Happily Ever After??

Trouble Times, Diminishing Economy, Lack Of Jobs, and Layoff rates has put a burden on the decisions I continue to choose throughout my life. I have always had a passion for helping and creating opportunities for others such as teaching but the way the economy is looking and the rise of teachers that were laid off had expunged my dreams of teaching to a more promising career choice. My mind has been like a time pendulum, debating do I go with my Passion or the career that makes more MoneY. Life seems to have a slight burden on me but through faith in God I know things will get better. Tuff Times Don't Last, Tuff people do. So let the trials you experience in your own life make You a tougher Person.

So  Krazy KANYE went off and attacked a paparazzi breaking his camera and all back in September at the LAX airport. In my opinion he has a huge ego and think this is his world. The only thing is when doing all this he forgot it could have landed him in deep trouble!!!! His felony charges was dropped, but he's facing battery charges, grand theft, and a misdemeanor charge. He goes 2 court in April. SO if you are a fan of KRazy KANYE then you should pray for him!!!! He will be facing 2 year.

Days of my grand  and great grand parents when people got married young and stayed married. Now we have hit the year of 2009 and it's rare that you would even see the young population getting married, let alone Stayin married.

Despite all that, the young population IS producing kids!! Is it right to have kids before marriage??? 

Like is it really fair???? Gyrlz get pregnant and have the babies to keep the guy (in some cases), but why dont u have the guy then the baby. I mean people have the order so wrong!!!! But its all my Opinion

So in the words of  a women that has the order right: If u like it then u NEED to put a RING on it!!!!!

SO the man D~ Wade aka Dwayne Wade has sued his wife for 50,000. SHe told people the basketball star we love gave her a STD in a outside affair. 

- I mean if its not true its wrong of her 2 be so Childish and Lie, but D WAY do u have to sue her. She is the mother of ur kids and has been with u since day 1. Like they were married and had their first kid in college.  I mean give her some kind of punishment,but dang 50, 000. Is it that serious D~Wade like u got money!!!!

Change is really Happening (Educate urself)

So its February and because I am African American I am always enlightened when this month rolls around and thats because it is Black History Month. This is the time for African Americans to take pride of their heritage and have knowledge of there ancestors and elders that paved the way for them. 

 I am even more excited this month, because this is the first time that an African American is in the White House as President. History has been made and it is a blessing that I took part of making this happen. I know that President Obama will be faced with challenges, but with god on his side things will turn out for the BEST!!!!

Change is already being made. The two biggest things that I have researched on, was President Obama signed a 787 million dollar stimulus plan  to retrieve economy and save Millions of Jobs. Another thing President Obama signed was to close Guantanamo Bay, this closes this detention center and ends Torture...

In words of Obama," We have done the essential work of keeping the American dream alive in our time"

Exception or The Rule....

After seeing the movie, " He's just not that into You"  my mind started thinking. One of the themes in the movie included finding out if someone is the Exception or the Rule. Let me better explain it. When you are in a relationship or talking to someone negative things might challenge that relationship/ friendship causing you to want to throw it away and leave. Thats just until one of ur "trustworthy" girlfriends tell you a story that matches ur's but the ending result is they got Married and lived Happily ever after. Most girls fantasize and because of it compares themselves to that story. They think if they stick it out they might too get the happily ever after ending like there "trustworthy'"girlfriends friend.

                                  BUT............ THING IS

Your "trustworthy"girlfriends friend was the exception, and you are the Rule. She is the exception to the unwritten rule of when its not right LEAVE! Just because it went right for her doesn't mean it will go right for you. It was right for certain situations because they are the Exception.
